Although we would never assume to know your job as well as you do, every member of our team has worked within at least one of the professions they are recruiting for – either Digital, Marketing or Third Sector.
As a company we are members of the Institute of Digital and Direct Marketing and Institute of Fundraising.
This means that when we are taking a brief we understand what you are looking for – and if we don’t we aren’t too afraid to ask.
Taking the time to understand your business at the start of the process enables us to pass this insight onto the best available candidates in the marketplace.

In addition to industry knowledge we are expert recruiters. We are a niche agency that only employs experienced search consultants so we are not in the business of sending out 20 CV’s to one job or pestering you with phone calls just because we have to meet internal targets.
As a result we will deliver targeted searches and do not waste your time with irrelevant candidates and pointless phone calls. Sometimes there is only one person available/able to do the job so that’s what you’ll get - we won’t send fillers.

If we can’t help you with a specific vacancy we’ll tell you, explain why and make suggestions that may help your search.
We won’t assume –
it’s fair to say that, on paper, job specs for similar roles can look alike but it doesn’t mean that all jobs are the same
We will always look for people with the right skills for the vacancy, but just as importantly we will aim to introduce candidates who are a good cultural fit to your organization.

Commitment - If at any point through the process you are having thoughts about the viability of the role; its scope, money, start dates etc. please let us know. It means we can manage the recruitment process to match your changing needs and provide you with the best results.
Feedback - In the same way that we will always try and give you timely candidate feedback it’s really important that we get your honest feedback on the people we introduce.
Timelines - Time does not have to kills all deals as long as all parties are working with the same time frames in mind. Letting us know how quickly or slowly you can interview/offer/employ people is critical to a successful recruitment process.
